Destination Mars
In cosmic terms, Mars is just a stone's
throw across the galaxy. Yet a manned mission there is still
just a dream. Destination Mars explores the possibilities of
such a mission with existing technologies and reveals ways we
might sustain life on such an inhospitable planet. Interviews
with NASA personnel, plus archival footage and animation, are
used to simulate the much-anticipated pioneering trip.
